By placing an order through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale.

Atelier Saint-Tropez is an independent beauty and lifestyle brand offering selected beauty, skincare, personal-care and lifestyle products.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in color, packaging or presentation may occur.

3. Product Sourcing and Manufacturing
Atelier Saint-Tropez is an independent brand.
Products may be manufactured, supplied and/or fulfilled by selected specialist partners.
Information regarding ingredients, composition, manufacturing, country of origin, certifications and other product characteristics is provided on the relevant product page and/or product packaging where applicable.
Atelier Saint-Tropez does not represent that products are manufactured in France unless expressly stated for the specific product.
4. Product Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Atelier Saint-Tropez may contact the customer regarding an appropriate solution or cancel the affected order and issue a refund for the unavailable product.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the Website and may vary depending on the customer's selected market or region.
Applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges and other fees are displayed at checkout where applicable.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, international customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies. If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we may contact the customer before fulfilling the order.
